He brings in 24 years of experience in consulting enterprises as well as conceptualizing & executing projects in social infrastructure business, covering education & skill development.
His last assignment was with Learnet Skills Ltd (A JV of NSDC & Schoolnet India) as Chief Operating Officer, where he led multi-disciplinary teams for 15 years with a focus on consulting, education services and counselling, skilling, assessment & job matchmaking for blue-collar workers in 20+ sectors across 24+ States in India and providing Technical & Vocational Education and Training advisory services in India & Africa. By qualification he is a Postgraduate in Business Management.
Diwesh is the Chief Technical Officer at GoodWorker, overseeing the product engineering development and operations. Diwesh is responsible for setting the company’s tech strategy and overseeing product development, engineering excellence and tech operations.
Prior to Goodworker, Diwesh has worked as an engineering leader at MyGate, Jio Payments, Amazon, Expedia and MakeMyTrip. Diwesh has been building products operating at scale for consumers and B2B tech companies for over 23 years. He holds a B.Tech degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT, Kanpur.

Vikram Bhat is the Chief Product Officer at GoodWorker, overseeing the strategy and development of GoodWorker products and solutions. Vikram is responsible for setting the company’s product strategy and overseeing product development, user experience design, product marketing and platform adoption.
Prior to GoodWorker, Vikram has worked as a product leader at Myntra, EkStep, LendingKart and Capillary Technologies. Vikram has been creating and launching products for over 17 years with over a decade’s experience working in Silicon Valley at product companies like Oracle and startups. He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a BE in Computer Science from NIT(K).
Mayank heads sales and operations for GoodWorker and is responsible for both demand and supply, i.e. employers and workers.
Mayank comes with more than a decade of experience in business operations, corporate strategy and consulting - in companies like Ola cabs, Lodha Group and the Boston Consulting Group. In his last stint, he headed business excellence at Ola, helping launch the London operations, among other things. He has a MBA degree from IIM Luckow and Engineering degree from IIT Kharagpur.
Sandeepa, joins the GoodWorker team as Director of people. She comes with 18+ years of expertise in people operations and strategy for large enterprises and high growth start-ups. Track record of building high performance teams and people organization from ground up. Leading people organizations bolstering acquisition, retention, engagement and performance is her area of expertise. She is a strategic thinker and thought leader who influences and advises leaders as their business partner, fueling business growth and driving high-performance oriented culture.

Meenal is the Director and Head Legal for GoodWorker and Affinidi, India and oversees the legal foundation, legal strategy and legal advisory for the companies. She comes with more than 11 years of work experience in partnering with businesses in their growth story while simultaneously being their gatekeeper.
Prior to joining GoodWorker and Affinidi, India, Meenal has worked with the law firm Khaitan & Co and has advised advised large conglomerates as in house counsel on all legal matters. Meenal strong promotes inclusiveness, fun at work and collaboration and is ever curious about the intersection of law and technology.
25 years of Internet industry experience leading disruptive innovation at scale. In his current role he is the group CEO for LemmaTree and Affinidi as well as a board member for GoodWorker and Trustana. Affinidi is working on decentralized trust and self-sovereign identity solutions.
Prior to Affinidi Glenn was the Chief Solutions Architect for Amazon Web Services responsible for architectural best practices and technology thought leadership.

Pradyumna Agrawal is a Managing Director at Temasek.
Prady joined Temasek in 2013. He is responsible for Temasek’s blockchain venture building efforts and investments with a focus on programmable money, digital asset tokenisation, decentralised identity and data, and Web 3 applications. Prady is a Founding Team Member of and represents Temasek on the Boards of Partior, Marketnode, LemmaTree, Affinidi, GoodWorker and Trustana. He is a Council Member of Diem and a Board Member of Pine Labs. Previously, Prady was involved in global financial services investing at Temasek including the Americas, India, Middle East and Africa.

K. K. Iyer
35 years of experience in Management Consulting and Investing across India, US and the EU region. Of this, over 2 decades in leadership and senior management roles. Experience includes a long and successful consulting career followed by more than a decade in Private Equity investing.
In his Private Equity Investment Advisory role at IEP, KK Iyer was Managing Partner with responsibilities for fund-raising across the US, EU and the Far East, identifying investment opportunities across several sectors in India, working closely with the leadership of Investee companies, developing exit strategies and providing oversight for managing exits. In this role, he has served on the Boards of several portfolio companies with focus on driving business excellence.
