His last assignment was with Learnet Skills Ltd (A JV of NSDC & Schoolnet India) as Chief Operating Officer, where he led multi-disciplinary teams for 15 years with a focus on consulting, education services and counselling, skilling, assessment & job matchmaking for blue-collar workers in 20+ sectors across 24+ States in India and providing Technical & Vocational Education and Training advisory services in India & Africa. By qualification he is a Postgraduate in Business Management.
Diwesh is the Chief Technical Officer at GoodWorker, overseeing the product engineering development and operations. Diwesh is responsible for setting the company’s tech strategy and overseeing product development, engineering excellence and tech operations.
Prior to Goodworker, Diwesh has worked as an engineering leader at MyGate, Jio Payments, Amazon, Expedia and MakeMyTrip. Diwesh has been building products operating at scale for consumers and B2B tech companies for over 23 years. He holds a B.Tech degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT, Kanpur.

Mayank comes with more than a decade of experience in business operations, corporate strategy and consulting - in companies like Ola cabs, Lodha Group and the Boston Consulting Group. In his last stint, he headed business excellence at Ola, helping launch the London operations, among other things. He has a MBA degree from IIM Luckow and Engineering degree from IIT Kharagpur.

In his Private Equity Investment Advisory role at IEP, KK Iyer was Managing Partner with responsibilities for fund-raising across the US, EU and the Far East, identifying investment opportunities across several sectors in India, working closely with the leadership of Investee companies, developing exit strategies and providing oversight for managing exits. In this role, he has served on the Boards of several portfolio companies with focus on driving business excellence.
